Response depends on knowing the building
We prioritize emergency response for properties we already service. That is not a sales tactic, it is a practical limit. A crew that already knows your access protocol, your floor materials, and where your water shutoffs and closets are will be useful within the hour. A crew seeing the building for the first time at two in the morning will not.
If you are not currently a client and you have an urgent situation, still call. We will tell you honestly whether we can help tonight or whether you are better served by a dedicated restoration contractor.
What this is not
We are a cleaning company, not a disaster restoration firm. Large scale water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire damage are separate trades with separate certifications. We will say so rather than take the work and learn on your building.
