In a hotel lobby or a Class A office entry, the cleaning is not supposed to be witnessed. Wet floor signs at eight in the morning are a service failure even when the cleaning itself was perfect. Machines running during business hours are worse.
Overnight work is the default for most of our commercial accounts, not an upgrade we charge extra to unlock. Floor machines, burnishing, restoration, and deep periodic work all belong in hours when the building is empty and surfaces have time to dry.
What is included
- Lobby, entry, and public corridor work completed and dry before the morning peak
- Floor machine work scheduled overnight, where noise and drying time cost you nothing
- Coordination with front desk, security, and engineering on access, alarms, and elevator use
- Badged crews with a documented roster, because overnight access to an occupied building is a trust question first
- Periodic restoration folded into the overnight window rather than booked as a disruptive weekend project
Access, keys, and accountability
Letting a crew into your building at two in the morning is a security decision before it is a cleaning decision. We work to your access protocol, whatever it is. Badged entry, key control logs, security escort, or check in with the overnight desk. The roster is documented, changes are communicated, and the same faces come back rather than a different agency crew every week.
Where overnight matters most
- Hotels, where the lobby is the product and there is no closed period
- Class A office, where tenant experience is the leasing argument
- Restaurants, where the only available window is after last service
- Medical and professional office suites with early morning patient flow
- Retail and mixed use ground floors with early open hours
